Rio Vista Calif used to be fun to visit. There was a Restaurant with African Head's mounted and then the Cray Fish Parade...etc.

Today we have a new activity, get pulled over and call everyone and their cousin to show up and surround the Police. Not always such a good plan...

Convenient that only the 8 seconds of video was shown before the body slamming happened.. Also, missing video right after the body slamming. Nobody knows what happened in the minutes leading up to it or after for that matter.

I'll wait until the full thing comes out before passing any judgement.

I tried 1st to show the above link but had problems. I had to scroll down clicking on each running video to get sound.

There were more citizens surrounding the Officers and that alone is very unsafe. It just grew worse.

The problem is that she can afford a tattoo but not the vehicle registration and then wants to get pissy when she's caught...and the whole family wants to make a racial/police brutality issue.

It's easier for the perps to blame and deflect than own up when a mistake was made.

Thank You Homer.. You are correct. The Restaurant was named:

"Foster?s Bighorn". I do not know if it is still there. Everyone here would enjoy reading about its founder and his Hunts. I just do not remember it. Maybe someone will find it and post it below..?

I also recall the Craw Fish festival got rowdy one year and it may have been discontinued. :-(

Zeke... You are correct. The really bad aspect is the single car was Stopped. One of the two occupants then used their cell phone to call friends/family... Then THOSE folks respond to the Car Stop and cause issues.

Now "that" is a fast responding group and the Mother said she wants to be in the know. ?

But verbal yelling on a street seems so wrong.
DW is Correct above.. PLUS... their pre-planned intentions to be in the mix seems to sound like they are seeking law suits when ever possible. If true, it's sad :-(
