The guy makes some good points but he takes it a little too far in my opinion. And no, he can't buy the materials as cheap as a contractor in a lot of cases. In my case, as a licensed cabinet maker, he can't buy the materials at all without a contractors license and resale permit. And I wouldn't build cabinets unless I pick out the wood. Sorry. I would gladly show him the receipts though if he'll show me how much money he made on the flip.
I'd give him a bid and he could take it or not. I wouldn't lose any sleep over him.

What a tool ! Dude 1970 called. They want their tie and two tone shirt back ! I don't think that guy could get any self respecting contractors to work for him. This is the Wild West keep your crap back east. As far as buying his own parts. Thats when he looses his first years warranty for all of the crap he buys. We know what works and have venders and company?s that stand behind us. Deal with a Home Depot on your leaking hot water heater. See if they care that you have to wait a week for their parts. While you take cold showers! Sorry I guess I got a little heated up.

" A Man Seeking Information "....That alone is the History of mankind and explores. He had VA Dr's to go to yet.... he studied on his own. Intelligent folks do read books totally new to them back in the 1960's and before 1960.
Now, sadly in SOME instances, we have the cell phone + Internet + Yelp and etc...... Endless YouTube classrooms that ='s to viewers born in the Internet, "IT IS THE TRUTH".... Haz 2 B cuz its on: YouTube.
I might slightly post provocatively but I never have a Mean Spirit. I might be akin to Tapioca Pudding to those of you in Utah, Idaho, and all of our good homelands. My Post "IS" what newcomers seek.
