When I was in High School my buddy and I would go out to Farmington Bay and shoot ducks before school and then have our guns with us in our cars during the day.

If he was checked out of school by his parent/legal guardian it makes no difference if school was out or not would he be in trouble if he went skiing while school was in.
Dad plays no equation into the fact the kid did nothing wrong and the police verified that.

LAST EDITED ON Aug-29-19 AT 03:01PM (MST)[p]In order to avoid a large lawsuit, the school district will have to allow him back into school at the close of the meeting they are having to discuss what is to be done with the student.
If the mother can show that parents were allowed to check their students out of class for other things, and she can show that there was nothing illegal and he is no danger, the school will have and lose any lawsuit for violation of his rights, mental anguish and a few other things her lawyer can dream up if they fail to reinstate him into classes. The police report giving the student a clean bill of health on no violations or being a danger tied the school hands on what steps they can take.
I hope she can stick it to the liberal A-Holes for taking such unreasonable steps in this incident.
