Hello, I drew wjat I want to call a once in a lifetime chance..unit 40 elk tag oct 15 to nov 24. Been scouting a few times. Just hoping someone out there can hive me a little advice or more information om area and elk. I have found some elk but more knowledge is better...I will spend the whole season if I have to but would also like to stay married...please help I am tight mouthed and keep to myself mostly. Learned that years ago. Tyvm

How did your hunt go last year? My husband drew the unit 40 bull tag this year and we are not finding much luck on where to even start scouting wise. Hoping to head there this week for a week and then again in August. Any pointers would be appreciated.
