LAST EDITED ON Sep-15-19 AT 06:20PM (MST)[p]After putting in for 12 years for the swd muzzy Tag and not drawing , I decided to go a different route and put in for Manti Central Mtns archery, with my buddy Dakota. With my 12 points and his 3 points put us at 7 points. Long story short we drew. Opening weekend we glassed 30+ bulls. But nothing came together. Second weekend of the hunt was pretty slow and only saw a few spikes and cows. I skipped out on hunting Labor Day weekend. Set out Thursday night to give it a final go on the last week of the hunt. At 7:15 on 9/11/19 I was able to connect with this old 6x6. All in all it was a fun hunt and I saw lots of bulls and connected with my first archery harvest and my first bull.
