Crush Rib & XTP's a Winner!

LAST EDITED ON Nov-18-06 AT 07:35PM (MST)[p]Thanks TripleSe7en for suggesting this combo! I used 95g of ffg 777 with 300g XTP's and the Crush Rib sabots in my Encore with amazing results.

I had just remounted a scope for an upcoming hunt (any legal weapon) and had to adjust the windage a little bit, otherwise all 15 shots would have been touching a 50 cent piece.

Even after the third and fourth shots, the Crush Rib sabots loaded so much easier than anything else I've tried. By far the best combo I've ever tried.

You gotta love target holes like that! That load is so easy on the wallet - plus goes down the bore nice - no grunts, shakes or groans.

Buying the XTPs in Bulk 50-pks is a perfect compliment to the 50-pk Harvester sabots..

Where do you get the Harvester sabots? I would like to try them. Especially if they are easier to load. The accuracy seems to be awesome!

I got them at Cabelas online for about 6 bucks a box.
