Stabilizer recommendations

I run older Bee stinger 10" carbon rods with 4 oz up front. I can adjust that weight from 2 to 8 oz but the bows like 4, they hold on target like a rock.

I picked up a crossover last year, it is adjustable from 12 to 33 inches. So far it has worked well. I have it fully extended when target shooting and have it set to different lengths depending on terrain when I'm hunting.

I use a 10" Bee Stinger Microhex with all the included weights (3 oz at the end). I shoot a Mathews Triax (28" axle-to-axle) and the stabilizer really helps to mitigate torque for those long range shots at 60+ yards. As far as weight, my bow with all the accessories is already a bit heavy so the stabilizer made no perceptible difference. Price wasn't too bad either.

You're right though, there's tons of choices in the market. Would be cool if a local shop with an in-house range allowed you to shoot a few to see which works best for your setup.

I also bought a crossover 12-33. Didn't mess with it on my hunt but I had time too for my 50 yard shot if I'd wanted too. Chose to just stay still and let the bull come closer.

The shop I was using when I lived in NM would let you try out any stabilizers they had. Hit or Miss Archery Center in Albuquerque NM. I'd imagine most local shops would let you at least try a few if you ask nice and actually buy one from them...

I shoot a Mathews and have the Bowjax limb dampener, the Rizerjax and a Beestinger stabilizer. Though it's a pretty smooth bow to shoot as is, it is unbelievably quiet and rock solid to shoot now. Love the Bowjax products
