Swarovski EL Range

Hey guys,
So I have the EL Ranges, I think I've had them since about 2012 so probably the first model. I have always had issues with them not ranging sometimes, ironically it's mostly when I am hunting and at home they work mostly fine. I would say up to 50% of the time they don't work in the mountains so pretty bad. Especially for distances under 200 yards. I have sent them in once probably around 2014 to get cleaned and check for any defects, and I have still had the same problems. Has anyone else experienced this? I just don't want to send them in again and have the same thing happening, but switching to Zeiss/Leica could be a big investment. Any feedback is appreciated

I got mine in early 2018. I have had no problems what so ever.

I would suggest contacting Swarovski and see what they can do for you. I have sent in my old EL's and Spotting Scope and had great cheap service. Check it out. 1-800-426-3089 option 1
