LAST EDITED ON May-22-12 AT 09:52AM (MST)[p]The DWR will be holding a series of open houses next week to talk to the public about the new Predator-Control Incentive program. The open houses will be held at the following times and locations:

Cedar City
May 29 from 6:30?8 p.m. at the Crystal Inn (1575 W. 200 N)

Price
May 30 from 6:30?8 p.m. at the Division of Wildlife Resources office (319 N. Carbonville Road, Suite A)

Salt Lake City
May 31 from 6:30?8 p.m. at the Division of Wildlife Resources office (1594 W. North Temple)

As I read the proposal.... it looks like I will have to sign up and then follow the guidelines and rules but appears the public will get to participate!!!

I checked on this yesterday, elkun, and it sounds like we tried to schedule these open houses so they'd be within a two-hour drive of most places in the state. It's possible that we might hold another open house or two before the program begins, depending on attendance at next week's meetings. I'll pass along your interest in having one in northeastern Utah, and I'll let you know if anything else is scheduled.
