Got it done with the trusty 12 ga. slug gun again. Will save the rest of story for my HAC. Pretty happy for a successful conclusion to a short hunt.

Fun! I shot a lot of whitetails in SE Idaho and a bunch up in the palouse. Rather chase them than a mule deer, personal preference, of course.
