3rd season rifle deer

Hoping I can get a little help/information for my 3rd season deer hunt this year in unit 27. First let me explain that being frustrated with my own state on not being able to draw a general season deer tag for three years in a row I have decided to branch out. I chose unit 27 for the odds but I knew that the numbers of deer hunters and elk hunters were quite high during this time frame. I have never been even close to this area and have been trying to figure out the lodging situation as well as where to go. I have a good size camp trailer and have thought of bringing it but I know how cold 3rd season could get and I'm worried about pipes/ water freezing. Does anyone have any good suggestions on places to stay that are reasonable on prices towards the south end of the unit or even on the north end for that matter? And I guess my second question is maybe some good places to start looking for animals. I've spent a lot of time on the net looking at maps and whatnot. I don't have the time I would really like to break away and be able to scout so I'm hoping there's some good people out there can point a guy in the right direction. I know there is a lot more private on the south end and I will make sure to have on x maps going. I know it's a cliche? term but I'm not looking for honey holes I just want to go have a good time. I would really appreciate any info that is offered and would love to help anyone else out that could use it here in Utah if needed. Hope you all have a great year!
Thanks HD

Couple hotels in Kremmling, but better book early ( probably call NOW).
It can be 65* as in 2016. Or 5* like last yr.
There is good deer country everywhere around there. . sorry i cant tell u more. There are too many hunters to deal with already! You can get a good deer there. Some years are better than others... Etc.

Just bumping this post to see if anyone else had and anything to offer. Feel free to send a PM if needed. Thanks again!!
