when I was growing up in AZ,in the mid 1960s my dad and uncles would take us mulie hunting in unit 27, in the 4 years years we went. we saw no more than 5 others, one was a game warden the other 4 were a horse hunting group, that stopped at the camp for conversation. I haven't been back there for about 40 years. A hunt in zone 27 is on my bucket list, think I will only apply for late hunt.
