LAST EDITED ON Aug-20-19 AT 01:17PM (MST)[p]No. They have Tag Transfer and Tag Surrender programs, but you may not use another persons tag for hunting.

Looking at your screen name, I can only assume you're from somewhere back East where it is allowed for WT's.
