I just wanted to share a photo with my fellow elk hunters here in New Mexico. I killed this bull at 32 yards on Sept. 2nd. My buddy Jeff Taylor called this bull right past me for a perfect broadside shot. The g5 striker took out both lungs and the bull only went 50 yards. I'm already counting the days until I can get out there and do it again. Good luck to everyone this year.

Thanks for the nice response. I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to take such a great bull! I know he's not 400 inches or even 350 inches, but in my book he might as well be! I hope everyone is having a great year! Good luck to everyone.

Nice bull. I still don't believe people kill elk with a bow. It goes against nature itself. its just not right lol.
