Well, cashed in all my points so my son and I can go to WY. After speaking to biologist and looking at data that wy supplies I went with unit 93. I'm waiting on my maps now, but if anyone has a good place to start I would love to hear all suggestions. Cashed in on antelope last yr and elk this yr. dropping my 13 moose points( wish I could sell them) so all I have left is deer maybe next yr and I'll be out the wy point system. Good luck to the rest of you.

I hunt that on & off. Essentially, and this goes for residents and non-res, your limited to the national forest area. That pretty much eliminates 50% of the area encompassing 93. Much of the northern portion of the remaining area is wilderness, and you know what that means as a non-res, so, there's your effective area to research. The farther north, the more wilderness and more grizzly bears. Feel free to PM me if you want to.

On another note, 13 moose points seems like alot to give up...

To put his thinking in perspective:
For guys who have 13 NR points, 7011 other NR's will have to draw first before they are guaranteed a Moose tag in Wyoming. :)

I'm dropping my 11 pts. as well.

Here's a different perspective: there are about 3338 nonresidents with moose points from 13 through 24. Not sure where you came up with 7011.

And no, not all the NR with points higher than 13 have to draw first for one to get a tag. Nonresidents who pay attention, drew bull tags with as few as 15 points last year. Cow tags as low as 12 points.
