Hi Guys, Looking to take my son and 12 year old grandson on a Wyoming antelope hunt.My son and I each have 6 points and grandson has 1. Will be applying as a group. Just looking for some ideas for units. Willing to go in the special draw. Will be traveling from Washington so prefer to stay to the west to central. Would like the chance at mid 70s type bucks. Would like to take a doe or two also. I have a few ideas but looking for any advice anybody is willing to offer. This will be our first time hunting Wyoming. Thanks UB

Quite a few options for your hunts. Especially if you want to spend star $$ on Special Tags-- that raises the odds a lot. Check out: top rut.com -- great site to really cut thru the chase on tags. Also the Wyoming GF Hunt Planner web site-- another great amount of information to narrow the chase & learn.
Big thing-- what will be the average amount of points for your group as one: Regular Priced Tags
Then also as Special Priced tags ? Look at toprut.com comparisons carefully. I calculate 4.33 points average for your group. There are a number of good units in those areas in central Wyoming.
Will you be camping or staying in a motel in a town ? I'll gladly look at the areas I know of that will fill your needs. I've hunted a lot in different units across Wyoming over many years. Glad to help further if you want. Just let me know. I'll send some areas to start with looking at next message. ?
