special license and youth license draw question

I read on another forum that if the adult(party leader) applies in the special antelope draw that there is no option for the youth in the special and thus the youth is attached to the special draw with the adult at the youth license price. does anyone know if this is correct? doing a father/daughter hunt this year and its her first western trip.

I would just log in and try it. If it doesn't allow you to do what you're talking about, then cancel the transaction before you pay.

Pretty positive that's not correct. A youth can apply in the special but they must pay the adult special fee also.

Youth apply and pay as a youth in the regular price draw,
or they apply and pay special price in the special price draw.
