Unit 92 Antelope

Finally cashed in my points and drew a 92 Antelope tag. I was looking to run over and scout the area this summer, and I'm looking for some cool things to do while in the area. I will be taking my wife along. Is there anything we need to check out while we are in the area? Any historical sites or cool terrain we should see? Doesn?t necessarily have to be in the unit, just close by.

Boars tusk and White Mnt petroglyphs are interesting if you are in to that sort of stuff. You could head south of Rock Springs to Flaming Gorge. I would highly recommend heading to Red Canyon lodge. If you fish, hit the Green below the dam. If your looking for Mountains and some beautiful, and highly populated, hiking country you could run north into the Winds. Big Sandy Openings is not far from your area.
