Last time I was there, quite a few years ago, my luck finding anyone good in Rawlins was bad, but I found a good meat processor in Encampment about 40 miles South of Rawlins. I used them & they did a great job & fast too. I do not recall the name of the business, but a call to a motel in that area would get their names. There was also a Taxidermist there too, he would know. Hope this helps you out !! ???

Encampment River Processing is who Jerry was referring....just ate some antelope steaks from 2 years ago and they were great.

I used Trails West in ?16 for Antelope and in ?17 for a Muley. They did an excellent job and I would definitely recommend them. I think the original owner took the business back from the deadbeats he sold it to. He has some good folks working for him in the processing side of his shop.
