I draw a region B mule deer tag. This is going to be my 1st mule deer hunt. If anyone has some info to pass on, I'd be very great full. I'd even entertain a reasonable tress pass fee. I know area B has a lot of public access. It's a lot of ground to cover in 4-5 days. I live on the east coast, so I will not be able to scouting. Thanks for any help, and I wish everyone a safe & great hunting season.

Hunted b years ago when deer numbers were good, killed a few 160?s. Numbers are way down since then. The larger chunks of public will get hammered fast. Look at small, real small public with legal access next to private. The more cuts, gullies or heavy sage/cover the better. Walk em out thru noon hrs to maximize your time. It looks void but they will be where a jackrabbit can hide. If you want to pay a trespass fee your most likely too late by now. Leased to guides or spoken for by now.
