I hunted it in 2008, we had 2 bull tags, we shot a 5x5 and 6x6 on the 2nd day of the hunt.
One bull we were able to get out on our backs the other one was straight horseback!
My buddy missed a nice 7x7 before shooting the 5x5. Send me a message if you want details. We saw a lot of elk glassine the high ridges, they were just very tough to reach.
