2019 draw results

I have a 98 beginning number on my sheep app and an 88 on deer. Bought a point for elk, 33. Does that mean anything other than species??

Easier to direct you to Ifish dot net, hunting forum, seed number thread. 6 pages but you'll have an understanding of the draw process and a good idea if you drew.

Here's how you do it, first put your favorite hunting clothes on; log on to the website; close all the curtains and doors in the room; light a smoky piece of wood to fill the room with smoke, close your eyes and spin in a circle five times. now you have the proper frame of mind. Slightly crack one eye open and scroll down the page. If you begin getting a bad feeling about your luck, stop scrolling and begin the process again from the beginning. maybe turn your underwear inside out.

or you just wait a couple of days and it will be plastered everywhere!

Thanks for the info. So is 235,712 on a Sheep hunt close enough to get excited about?

DZ

PS I'm way excited.

10,000,000 / number of apps = random number spread per tag

ex; 500 apps and 2 tags: 20,000 per tag going up from the seed number.

Math sucks. Mine should be around 53,000, if the same amount of people put in as last year. I guess I would have to say I still have a shot. I went to bed thinking I had a great shot at it. Then I woke up and grabbed the calculator. sure was a bummer.

Nothing for me. One youth cow tag for the clan. Guess 250K is to far for a sheep tag. Hope Wyoming and Idaho treat us better.

We used all our luck up last year I guess because nothing for anyone in my family. Good luck to everyone else.

Pulled a couple crappy second choice hunts for deer and elk. Another unsuccessful for bighorn, (that makes 53). Guess I'll go shoot one anyway, with my camera.

Wow! Look at that, I got an email from ODFW telling me the draw was completed and a link to see the results...?.no back door, no math required, no sweat, no worry.

Had some Oregon success & drew a Beatys Butte Deer Tag. I've read deer numbers are down but rarely get to hunt open high desert country & am really looking forward to Oregon this year.

Good hunting to those that drew!! :D

Chesnim bull tags for my 2 kids and best friend. Ohh and he also
pulled a sheep tag for John Day! LOP bull tags for me and a buddy.

Notta....pts...NR 12 pts for elk and 1 for deer. 12 for antelope too I guess.

Thank god i dont care if i get a dumbass sheep.

Wife and I, zero tags. 16 year old pulled California Bighorn tag. So excited, hunt of a life time.

LAST EDITED ON Jun-21-19 AT 03:24PM (MST)[p]Stand by if you were unsuccessful. It seems new computer system a little defective. Was down in the dumps last night after waiting 21 years for NR Mt. Emily archery elk and drawing a blank. But then today I got an email from ORDOW claiming there was a computer error, and that I had indeed drawn my tag.

Very relieved as I put all my eggs in this one basket, and had drawn no other tags elsewhere. Now I can focus on this one hunt and stay entire 4 weeks if necessary.

Congrats to all that drew.

Good luck on your elk hunt. I have a friend that drew the same tag. Might see you up there.

I drew a Steens deer tag, now I'll be done playing the Oregon points game. Leave it all to you guys. ;)

My elderly father (73) cashed in his points on the Sled Springs rifle elk tag. Excited for him

My wife drew a buck tag, then on Friday they took it away, they also said it was computer glitch. My 2 cents, if you got selected purchase the tag a.s.a.p.

>South Warner archery deer is all
>I got. Zip for my
>wife, she had 16 antelope
>points so I was optimistic.

How was that hunt ?

Not that good. I had found some good bucks the year before while chasing antelope. I couldn't find them in the same areas this year so I moved up into the timber. I found a few deer but nothing to get excited about. I didn't give the hunt the time it needed. I had a Utah deer tag so I spent more time preparing for it than making the 4 hour trip to the desert.
