Hogs in SoCal

Hey guys,

I was out near riverside playing some golf with my dad (stuff I do when it's NOT hunting season) and saw some good pig tracks on the course.

Can't get straight answer on whether you can hunt out there or not... anyone know?

About 18 years ago we had permission to trap them in the riverbed where the bed at nights, until a lady who owned a house that that was next to the river promised to sue the F&G It then got it taken away.
We had the Texas type pig catch pens with a one way gate.
We even had permission F&G to release them on property in Tehachapi.
Back then there was a bunch of them.

So I'm sure they will say no again to hunt or trapping them..
