I have 2 points for antlerless elk....do I have any decent chance at drawing a tag? I haven't checked draw stats. I thought someone on here would know quicker than what it would take me to look it up. :) Thanks.

Steve

It's all there and easy to read. There are like 15 hunts for NR cow elk. I looked it all over in less time than it took to draft this reply.

Hunt stats near the bottom and it's all there.

I have some friends who are non residents that put in. There is a decent chance in a few areas for non resident with the amount of points you have. Some of the odds are better for non res than for residents it seems.

Took a bit but I found it. Better odds than I would've thought. Thanks.

Dude I put in for cow elk as a non res in a certain area every year and draw the damn thing..since the first year I drew it, I haven't seen a cow since. That was 2014. Same area, same timeframes, elk gone. They put out so many tags the elk are all in hiding early. I have put some serious miles on the boots and quad and you better be ready to glass til dark and be out before light to find em.

Good to know, Calbuck. I guess you can see why you get drawn every year. They love to take your money. :) Some areas have much better success rates than some.

Is it? I hadn't looked. I figured it would be between $600-$850. $1200 is a bit steep...but it's worth it to be in the field instead of at home on MM! LOL
