Hey there, buddy and I drew 031 archery mule deer tag. Went out there the first weekend in June just to get a feel for the unit as I'd never been in any part of it. We found some bucks we're you'd imagine them being in the unit but our efforts were pretty severely hampered by some persistent thunder showers. Curious if anybody had been in there recently. I figure we've got one more scouting weekend before we head out for the hunt and there is a ton of great looking terrain in there and an absolute ##### ton of water. It was also the first time i've ever scouted that early so you find yourself scratching your head wondering how big that guy in your bino's will end up come August.
