Area 7, Late Archery Muley.

My buddy Dave Richardson put this buck down on November 26th in area 7. The snow was deep and the bucks were still ruttin'. Dave hunted DIY with traditional archery equipment to get his biggest buck to date. Congrats Dave on a great buck and thanks for inviting me to come out for the celebration. fatrooster.

Thanks Drew, I am glad you could be a part of a memory of a lifetime! Also great pictures i think you found your calling in life lol. Thanks to all my bow-huntn brothers out there, this buck was takn in memory of my father Dave Richardson SR. He would have been proud.

Thanks for letting me tag along on the retrieve and your right, your Dad would have been very proud of you taking this buck. I admire you for staying true to your roots and hunting the area you grew up hunting with your Dad and then putting down your best buck alone in that area. But I don't really think you were alone. I'm sure he was right by your side during the whole episode. fatrooster.
