Homer probably both. A lot of the computer crowd from Silicon Valley moved to the Dallas area when the computer business pulled up stakes and fled to Texas due to the high taxes CA levied on their business.
A lot of retired Californians have fled this state also and both groups took their liberal voting with them. Too damn stupid to figure out why they fled California that was run by Democrats.

In alot of places, left unchecked ,liberslism spreads like cancer. Not alot different thsn the people who moved here in utah so thier kids wouldnt be around the drugs and gangs 25 yesrs ago. Brought thuer lil kiddies with them, and the lil kiddies showed the utah bratts how to do it.

Liberals from Cali and NY are moving to Texas and will infest that great state with their poison. There used to be some dude on here named Nemont that thought that liberalism was pretty much confined to California and NY. I would always tell him that liberalism will eventually come to his state and ruin it too but he seemed to think that it was somewhat isolated. You guys probably don't remember him though and he was wrong A LOT but anyway I think he stroked out or something, probably from the TDS he suffered from.

A perfect example of a idiot liberal Democrat fleeing CA. to a more conservative state is FTW or Forthewall. He fled CA. due to the high taxes levied by Democrats he voted into office until they forced him out to greener pastures.

Now does he wise up and change voting habits, NO! he stays stupid and he and others like him will vote in liberals in the state of Idaho where he relocated to for the lower taxes and cheaper housing market. A good example of "You can not fix stupid".
