Bacon wrapped venison

Ingredients: 1lb venison, 1lb bacon, onion, pepper, garlic pepper, jalape?o jelly and some tooth picks.

Cut venison into bite size chunks sprinkle garlic and pepper, add piece of onion, wrap with bacon stab with tooth pick. Nothing new right? Now add a dab of jalape?o jelly to one end and either bake or best BBQ. IT WILL BLOW YOUR SOCKS OFF!!!!!

Prep time 3-4 cold beers (moderate pace).

You had me at bacon! What else is on the grill? Looks like zucchini and an onion?

Yep, with a little chunk of oak on the coals for smoke.

That looks delicious!
My biggest concern is always being careful not to overcook wild game over an open grill.
