Herbert has been videotaped saying he is for the selling and development of public land.

As for his pick to run Department of Natural Resources, which oversees Division of Wildlife Resources...

Why not put somebody who opposes federal public land in charge of land in a state with a majority comprised of federal public land? What could go wrong?
