It was a DIY hunting and fishing trip with Calder Mountain Lodge in Pt. Baker/Port Protection, Alaska.
I hunted with a group of people put together by my friend Jake Sorensen of Jake's Custom Taxidermy in Northern Utah.
We harvested 14 bears out of 17 tags on a 6 day awesome adventure.
It was a totally incredible experience!

It was pretty rainy and cloudy except for one day.
Average temp was about 45?.....as was the water temps.
I could handle 3 months of that, let's go Bess!
