Yep. What's funny is they use the system to codify into law what they want and then think they can just repeal anything they don't like.

Unfortunately, the precedent has already been established when protections were permanently removed from gray wolves. The bottom line is, wildlife management belongs in the hands of the proffesionals, not politicians, regardless of what party is behind it.

You always have to be careful. It was great when Congress decided to dictate wolf delisting from DC. But now it's horrible to do the opposite on grizzlies?

Funny how many big mouthed "states rights" advocates shut up on wolves only to return now.

If you ACTUALLY believe in states rights your irritation should have been regardless of which party overreacted.

Congress has no business in EITHER case.

Scary that now the animal rights crowd has found a leader in the tribes. Somehow religious sacred teachings apply only if your a tribe member. This new development could get real scary.
