That seems every bit as fair as taking money from folks who work and paying a "fair" living wage those who won't.
I cannot believe there are so many people on the dole and too few working guys that this joker can enjoy any support at all.

If the only thing it takes to keep you from bustin your hump is that some of your efforts will result in gain by someone or something you believe doesn't deserve it then I doubt there is anything I could say that would change your mind.
If you were building that fence and you asked your adjoining neighbors, that would gain a benefit of your fence, to help with effort, money or both and they said no, would you still build the fence?
