Well the other buck I posted has vanished. Probably for the best as I think one more year and he will be something special.

I think this buck is older but won't score quite as well. What do you think?

I'm surprised by the consensus. I originally had him in the mid 160 range too but after getting a better look at him I decided he wider than I had originally thought. Any guesses on width?

Old buck. Big body. Makes his antlers look smaller than they are. Quick look Ide say 176. 38-39 inch mass. 28 wide.

I would guess he would score 165-170 with the extra junk and mass.

A little harder with ears forward, but looks to be 27 wide and scores about 173. Nice old buck!

Ha, 150 that's funny. That buck is a stud. Heavy, wide, 170+ easy. Look how small his head and ears look. Dead giveaway of a heavy large rack. Sweet buck.

Fullthrottle I believe is right on. That's a heavy rack and it makes head look small.

Here's a couple more of him. I'm on board with some of the higher guesses. I'll take him if he gives me a chance but I'm still looking for something else.

I'd go with 170ish because of the mass at the bases.

Wow- guesses all over the place on this guy. I think with his Mass (I'm guessing 40" total) he will hit the 170" mark. He has tiny ears. Comparing them to his head, they are very small, I'd guess only an 18" ear spread and I think that may be generous.

I think each antler is about 75" of bone and 75x2= 150" + 22" spread will be a 172" score.

In my opinion, you find very few bucks that end up being this symmetrical and just plain perfect-looking. You would have to have another, better buck found to pass this one up I think. Let us know how it goes..!!

The closest buck I have at home, in velvet, is one of my archery bucks at 164" and the above buck will score slightly higher than that.

That's my story and I'm sticking with it.

Op Ed: I'm also quite surprised by the guesses in and around 150. Someone needs to measure more bucks. (zing)
