WY AREA 25 Moose Help

My wife drew an Area 25-1 moose tag and I am looking for a little help. Long story short, I must have fat fingered her application as I thought I applied for her in Area 26. I know next to nothing about area 25. Good thing we looked at her tag last night...and saw that it was for Area 25...
I don't want her to waste a moose tag, so looking for any help. I know it is late in the game, but I am scrambling to catch up. I have a call into the biologist for the area and await his reply. Unfortunately, I really can't afford trespass fees, but I am willing to if reasonable.
If anyone has public land experience/suggestions, I would be very indebted to hear them! Also, if someone knows a private landowner that offers free/low cost trespass fee, I would appreciate that as well. Feel free to PM me.

I'm hunting in area 24, I'll be heading out there again for a couple weeks here in a few days. If I see something that I can't get to come across I'll certainly reach out to you. If I had 25, and couldn't get a trespass, then I would take a hard look at accessing any of the BLM or State lands near the forest boundary (less in the north and more in the south, perhaps Fish Creek or South Piney). I talked to a guy a couple weeks ago that saw some bulls on the 25 side off of Deadline Ridge. I'll PM you w/ my contact info in case you want to get in touch.

LAST EDITED ON Sep-17-19 AT 10:46PM (MST)[p]I drew a 25 tag in 2013. I hunted both private and public.. Saw bulls and cows on both. I took my bill on public. South of Daniel. Cottonwood creek basin. On the west side of the hwy. I know it is also kinda of late in the game but if you run across any ranchers ask about hunting their property. Many I talked to didn't have an issue with it. I wish I could remember names. The moose tear up their hay stacks. Good Luck!

LAST EDITED ON Sep-18-19 AT 10:09AM (MST)[p]I drew a long time ago in 2007 so I'm probably not much help, but I got the name of a landowner from F & G. The place was on the East Side of the Green River just West of Pinedale on the South side of the highway. Not much of a hunt. Paid the guy $100 and shot a bull from his driveway in his pasture 10 minutes later.

I've hunted deer quite a few times in H. Seen lots of moose on the Nat Forest in Moose unit 24 up S Cottonwood. Some were flirting with the boundary of 24 and 25.
