Where is the vortex glass ans crispi boots?

One thing i do know is those sweat pants bring in some big moose paddles.

Hey SS be sure to stay out of the buffer zone. Dont need any harrassment. You care for a google link or copied and paste version?

Lots of antlers were found. Here’s a nice one, bigger were found but can’t be shared at the moment:

Rained pretty good the first night. Took advantage of the sun the next day to dry out my down bag. It was a little damp but I didn’t die. Can’t believe there’s still people out there using synthetic:

We get more excited when we find little antlers. Hardest to find and easiest to pack. Nice when they drop them side by side.

It’s at this point when you ask why do you do it. It’s 12am and time to haul these to camp. We are getting too old for this. But will be at it again next week:

Another great trip in the books with a good friend who I met because of this forum and Moosies hunttalk before it was ruined by Randy Newberg. We were on pace for a record trip but had to cut it short due to a family emergency. I felt bad to have to do it but family first and it was great to be out there with someone that understood the situation. Great friends are hard to find in life and I owe him another trip to find more big moose antlers. Parting ATL of another antler:

The season is winding down but I feel like I have at least two more trips to do. Time will tell..

You flying in and hiking, or are you able to drive and hike in. Look like a great adventure. That place must of had a lot of moose wintering there.
