Spinach and bacon stuffed portobello mushrooms, with cream cheese and mozzarella. Crusted with panko crumbs and Parm. Sautéed garden squash and baby spinach salad with cashews, bacon, tomatoes and more Parm.

Looks good- May have to make an attempt- less the bacon maybe. I have my yearly physical this November. I have been good this year so we will see how that plays out.
