OP, burn your points on the topography you want to hunt. 99.9% of people wouldn't be able to tell you the difference b/w a 180-220", let alone a 150" deer. Find the type of hunt you would like to remember for the rest of your life and jump on it.

Who cares what a deer Iike yours scores. He’s an absolute stud and the caliber of deer you shoot and completely disregard the score. Not many are fortunate enough to admire a deer such as yours on their wall everyday. Congrats!

I believe the Mineral Mountain crew primarily hunt 66 and 67, which would be a minimum of 11 NR points and 7 NR points, respectively, for 2nd rifle deer tags. If you have the points, I second the Mineral Mountain Outfitter referral. I've never hunted with them but the Roy family is awesome!

Naturally, when First Lite was acquired by Meat Eater, the customer service went from industry leading to nonexistent. I touted First Lite's customer service prior to their acquisition. Your story is sadly the norm now.
