    MD numbers have never been lower, sheep numbers haven't exploded with all that money and Antelope numbers are terrible. Elk and the other species are doing just fine. AZGFD can easily make up that money with their limited tags they're offering. As for price increases they're probably way over...

    The only 3 species where auction out did raffles were Mule deer, Elk and Bighorn. All the money in the world hasn't helped the MD at all. Elk are doing just fine and Bighorns in AZ do ok until disease gets them which is usually do to contact with domestic sheep and predators.
