Ya good option to call eplus landowners to get a cow tag. Last yr estimated 30% of all eplus vouchers weren't ever transferred into lic so went unused. I bet you can find a landowner willing to get a youth cow hunt at a reasonable price.

The way I read and makes clear sense is you can otc anytime. Even if you drew a archery tag you can use high power in the otc areas. Since the tag price is the same there shouldn't be a conflict. Good luck.

Not sure what the restrictions are. I took the family stream fishing few days ago and the trails were packed with yuppies, many groups way over 5 lol. But they had the right shorts and yuppy hardware that I'm sure will get a pass by our governor.
