I find a bit of irony in this post. When I hunt I’m trying to kill a big buck like most folks but by the end of the hunt I usually unapologetically take a meat buck. However when trout fishing I release the bigger “trophy” fish after I take a photo but I’ll keep a few smaller ones for eating...
