Son drew the last ever non res nine mile Anthro late Elk tag .

Was there a fire there in 2019, if so I would pay attention to the burn?

Wyoming Region G poor deer hunting this year

I don't know about the # of hunters, but ask about any retailer that sells dirt bikes, four wheelers, SxS, campers, camping gear, etc and the answer will likely be that it was a stellar sales year.

Wyoming Region G poor deer hunting this year

I agree- harvest reports and teeth aging should be a requirement, not a request, with risk of not being able to apply the following year if a harvest report is not completed.

NF camping stay limits -14 day max...

This is not new. I realized this reg was in place last year, and wasn't being enforced in BTNF. I talked with the NF LEO, and he made it clear that for one guy, covering a lot of country, their were bigger issues to deal with.

Hunted moose in 24 last year. It's a beautiful area of the state, you'll have a great time. Good luck!

How many points for G & H this year?

In a unit looking to burn my max deer points. Decided to stop wishing on 128 or 130.

    124 Elk

I drew this unit several years ago (right at about 7yrs now). I'd be happy to PM you the details I have from that hunt. I also have some details from guys that I shared info with from a year or two thereafter.

    GS Turkey question

I live in Tooele County. I have recently seen turkeys in the county on public at low elevations (specifically 5000-5800ft). They are not hen'd up per se- most of the hens are now nesting. Many Toms, especially the older Toms, are spending most of the day on their own, occasionally mixing it up...

    Wy nonresident moose tag

I had this tag last year. I have a lot of info that I'm willing to share. PM if interested. Congrats and best of luck.

Link to bill that limits nonresident tags for 2022

I'd maybe give them a nod on a 90/10 split IF they got rid of the wilderness rule. Otherwise, no. Glad to see this bill failed, but it will not be the last bill we see that throws NRs under the bus so to speak (and yes, I know that all the western states are doing this- it doesn't make it...
