Do NR points convert to R points after you move and establish residency?

After wednesday of the spike hunt, most the real big bulls arent on cows anymore and are transitioning to their wintering/hidey holes. Plenty of big bulls to be found mid season. You just have to change where you look! Instead of pine/aspen mixes, look for aspen/scrub mixes or scrub/sage mixes...

Pretty sure if you have a bass pro/cabelas, you can purchase the license in there as well in your home state. Driving that far without a tag in hand would make me nervous!

There is plenty of public land that you can have opportunities at cow elk on this hunt. Are you from the salt lake valley area?

Good for you! there are many riparian areas that can hold moose at any point. Don't rule out scrub oak areas!

There is plenty of water on the dutton, almost in every canyon to some degree.
