I agree with the above, all of the big box stores should have solar panels before BLM land is used for solar projects, those areas are already ruined in the case of wildlife habitat. Cover outdoor parking lots in city's and put solar on top of those structures.

@letmgetbig I am genuinely curious how you think limited quota for residents is going to bring back the deer herd. Biologists claim pregnancy rates 95+ %. I believe getting fawns to 1 year old is the biggest hurdle. I think predators are a big problem, lots of bears, mtn. lions and coyotes...

. This is all false, it's not Non-resident or Resident hunters who are at fault for the mule deer population decline in Western Wyoming. If predator populations were knocked down and if the weather cooperated the mule deer herds would increase.

At what buck to doe ratio is a deer herd considered to be in good health? I think mandatory harvest reporting would be a step in the right direction. Get an accurate account of how many hunters are actually hunting the area and how many bucks are being taken. I guarantee a lot less resident...
