The way I read the law printed on that page its perfectly legal to use a radio to hunt. It is not legal to use a radio if you are poaching etc...

DW are you sure about that? I thought it was legal in CO? Got a link to the rule?

So who owns the big 95 mm Swarovski scope? How does it compare optically to the 80mm sts scopes? Is it worth the money?

I was in there last year. If it will rain and if they open all the trails back up the hunting will very good. If those two thing don't happen then the hunting will be ok just not excellent. Last year it was real dry and most of the tanks were dry. Good luck it's sure neat country.
