Card hit for deer this morning!

I scouted it for a few days for a friends son a few years back. We found some deer in that thick just north of the Fort but I didn’t get a chance to get in much deeper. We mostly glassed from high points near the roads.

This is my understanding as well but I have not confirmed on my own.

I like to think I would hold off past 5 but I'm kidding myself. Unless there's a pile of 160-170" bucks just taking up space in the garage, that one is getting it. A good reminder to always put your binos in your backpack on the way out...

2B is a challenging unit and requires a lot of experience to be consistent because a large majority (not all) of the deer there are migratory from CO. A good buck or two gets killed there every year but it is typically in conjunction with experienced local outfitters. Good job sticking with it...
