Got it done in unit 10! Nothing like listening to bulls bugle around you at first light, that was a first for me and what a experience. He came in at 40yds to the call on the 4th morning of the hunt.

I've used life like taxidermy for my boys buck and I've also used Fowl Play taxidermy out of Hanford for both of my boys bull elk and a few other animals. They both do a great job! Jason

I drew the tag this year and was wondering if anyone knew of any landowners that allow access for a fee? Just trying to better my odds of finding a good buck. Thanks!

How?s the elk looking in unit 10 this year compared to past years? I have the second season archery hunt it's my first elk tag in New Mexico. Can?t wait for the hunt!!

Both my boys only drew D8 tags but I have a A26 tag. Can?t wait!!

RE: Draw No luck for me just another d8 tag! But my boy did get 1st alternate for lassen youth antelope keeping are fingers crossed someone turns a tag!!

My 13yr old drew unit 8 late bull elk!! This will be the 2nd bull tag in unit 8 my family has had in the last couple of years. Such a fun place to hunt!

My boy got his first elk!!! We hiked are butts off and it payed off opening morning he made a great shot and then the work began! Thanks for all the responses on the this forum! Hope the pics loaded its my first time posting pics! Thanks, Jason
