I know the area well. Been hunting it for over 25 years. I'd be curious to know where on the east side you are planning on going, and the west side can be tough hunting. I might be able to point you in a general direction.

He ended up shooting a 280 class bull! on the last day of the hunt. That was the biggest we saw for 6 days of hunting hard!!

I would agree! not worth wasting any points on this hunt! extremely difficult

Congrats on the tag. I know this area well, its a tough area with very thick dense aspen, pine, and oak brush faces. Not a lot of area to glass. Decent bulls on this unit, but not world class like other units in Utah. I would come into the mountain from the east side (backside of the mountain)...
