I too, am shooting a T/C Encore Endeavor and having a heck of a time finding the right load. Went out to the range today w/BH209 and some Thor 300gr .501 bullets. I shot about 8-10 shots at 50 yds with some good luck, if you call 2-3" groups good! That is about the best this gun will shoot...

I am not sure if this is fact or fiction or some type of internet hoax, but has anyone heard of a person getting shot in 10? Approximately 3 wks. ago? Since I will be in the area for the elk hunt just curious and somewhat cautious.

270hunt- I saw your post and it sounded like you might need a little info in the area where you are going. I've hunted the 222 area and part of 221. I'm not sure if that is the area you are hunting but I could help you out if you need it. Dave G. in Reno
