DSC, SCI, and NRA do absolutely the most for national gun rights and hunter rights. Big issues for me!! RMEF protects elk habit, which is also very important. SFW, NMSFW, and/or hunters expo in Utah are all about auctioning western state public tags to raise money for game and fish departments...

Dallas Safari Club and Safari Club International are both solid organizations looking out for hunters rights on the international scene.

EPlus is awesome! It opens up some of the best elk hunting in the state. Super easy now that the maps are online.

I don’t believe that the government would want to remove cows when they leave horses everywhere. Are wolves involved with the decision? Is there a large wolf pack in this area that has gotten the taste for feral cows?

I feel safe out in the woods. You should carry while you are in Albuquerque or other big cities in this state. Crime is super bad.

WoodsD9; Yeah - I saw the same thing with small properties so looked into it in depth! The current EPlus NMDGF equation takes into consideration ranch size so smaller ranches may not even get a tag every year depend on the harvest objectives of the unit. That 5 acre ranch may only get a tag...
