IMHO it sounds like a pretty good deal to me, if I was a bit younger I'd be sending a PM now. I mostly hunt solo but guessing this hunt would be a little tougher:) Will have 14 points going into this years draw.

If you are successful in drawing a tag you have to go buy it, Oregon doesn't mail out the actual tags, at least not for residents not sure for non-res??

Think that is one of the toughest if not the toughest deer tags to draw. Still some big deer in there but the weather can make it a tough hunt. If you have been in the unit you should know you can find deer all over just not lots of them ;)

Yup, they are now posted. Drew a bull elk tag over east in my favorite unit and a 2nd choice mule deer tag so overall pretty happy. Good luck to everyone!!

I've had friends use Bighorn in the past. They do a good job but are expensive. There is also a small shop in Kaycee - Siesta Meats that can help you out if that is near your hunt. Mitch that runs it does a nice job and is cheaper.
